Article 6: Order confirmation

Article 8: Order processing

Article 13: Terms of delivery

13-b Greystone SAS works with Mondial Relay, LA POSTE Colissimo, UPS and Delivengo, to reduce transport costs as much as possible. All products of small or medium size are sent to France by a postal service called Colissimo Suivi or Mondial Relay. Also, all products of small or medium size are shipped to Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain by the Mondial Relay service, and Delivengo. And all small or medium bulk products are shipped outside of Europe by the Delivengo service.
These services offer you the possibility of recovering the products ordered at the relay point chosen by you, at your home, or at your post office near the delivery address in case of absence. If you are absent on the day of delivery, your postman will leave you a transit advice note in your mailbox, which will allow you to collect your package at your post office during opening hours, within 15 days. A notification from the carrier will allow you to know the progress of your delivery online on their dedicated site. For items shipped via Mondial Relay, the merchant keeps your package at your disposal for a minimum of 7 calendar days, this period being up to 14 calendar days, depending on the constraints of the activity and the services chosen. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

However, it is possible, as in any expedition, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product may get lost.
