  • 17Right of withdrawal

    The consumer has a 14 calendar period to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer order. Any return must be reported beforehand to the company's customer service Greystone SAS Priority by email: contact@plouf.frBy following the procedure here.The product must be returned to Greystone SAS, intact, as a whole and in its original packaging, and in perfect state of resale, in Colissimo followed at the following address:

    Only the products returned as a whole will be taken up, in their complete and intact packaging, and in perfect condition of resale. Containing all the labels: sewn inside as well as all packaging labels. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated, will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
    This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid (with the exception of transport costs), or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, re-shipping will be at the expense of the consumer.
    In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Greystone SAS will do all the efforts to reimburse the consumer within 20 days.
    The consumer will then be reimbursed by check or by bank transfer.
