13 Delivery Terms
- 13.1
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the goods' packaging upon delivery and to report any damages to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to the company GREYSTONE SAS - (see details in article 14). - 13.2
When placing their order, the consumer chooses and pays a carrier to handle the delivery. GREYSTONE SAS does not provide a transport service. The shipping options that may be available are described in the article below. The consumer can access the general terms of the carrier in the article below. It is up to the consumer to consult and accept the general terms of the transport provider they choose. The consumer chooses a shipping service during the payment process and will take financial responsibility for it.
- 13.3
GREYSTONE SAS works with Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic , Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express, DPD, Relais colis, Chrono2shop and Delivengo, to minimize shipping costs as much as possible.
These services offer you the possibility to collect the ordered products at the chosen relay point, at your home, or at your nearest post office in case of absence. If you are absent on the day of delivery, your mail carrier will leave a review notice in your mailbox, allowing you to collect your package at your Post Office during opening hours, within a period of 15 days. A notification from the carrier will allow you to know the status of your delivery progress online on their dedicated site. For items delivered to relay points, the merchant holds your package at your disposal for a minimum of 6 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. The delivery fees being due to the carrier in question, will therefore not be refunded to you. - 13.4
In case of a package returned to our company for various reasons (for example: unclaimed package, NPAI - does not live at the indicated address - incomplete address, refused package, etc.) the merchandise will only be reshipped at the customer's expense. The refund of the merchandise value will be made after the customer's written request.
- 13.1
-
- 13.5
In case of a dispute regarding non-receipt of the package, only the carrier's information will serve as proof of delivery and will be considered in case of a dispute.
- 13.6
Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express, DPD, Relais colis, Chrono2shop and Delivengo are very reliable services. However, it may happen, as in any shipment, that there may be a delivery delay or that the product gets lost. In case of delivery delay compared to the date we indicated in the shipping email, we ask you to report this delay by calling us by phone or sending us an email: contact@plouf.fr. We will then contact the service to start an investigation. An investigation can last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to your home (in most cases). If, however, the product is not found after the 21-day investigation period, the shipping service considers the package lost. It is only at this point that we will proceed with the refund of your order within 14 days, excluding shipping costs.
GREYSTONE SAS disclaims all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of product loss or strike. - 13.7
In case of items deliverable on different dates due to their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. GREYSTONE SAS reserves the right to split deliveries. The handling and shipping fees will only be charged for one shipment. Flat-rate delivery charges are indicated on the order summary which the customer reviews before confirming the order.13-g For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer must consider potential additional fees (taxes, import duties, or customs duties). These fees will, if applicable, be directly billed by the carrier.

In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions herein cannot deprive the consumer of the legal warranty which obliges the professional seller to guarantee them against all consequences of hidden defects in the item sold.
- 16.2
The consumer is expressly informed that the company GREYSTONE SAS is not the producer of all the products presented within the framework of the website, within the meaning of Law No. 98-389 of May 19, 1998, concerning liability for defective products.
Consequently, in case of damage caused to a person or property by a product defect, only the responsibility of the producer of that product can be sought by the consumer, based on the information on the packaging of said product. Products purchased from GREYSTONE SAS are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Manufacturer warranties are generally one year, parts and labor. However, some brands only cover replacement parts. If you wish to exercise the warranty, simply contact customer service primarily by email: contact@plouf.fr - 16.7
Reminder on the return process: for any exercise of the warranty, the return is carried out according to the terms of Article 17. Except for non-compliant products or return coverage by the manufacturer, the costs and risks associated with returning the defective product are your responsibility. We again draw your attention to the necessity of attaching the warranty coupon to your return package, a warranty coupon that some manufacturers require for a repair under warranty.
