Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us in its original condition.
  • The returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and have their tags.
  • Returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defect reported before use: in this case, the return is at our expense.
  • Only sizes can be exchanged: we do not exchange an item for another reference or another color.
  • We will ship the return size as soon as the items are received : no item to be exchanged can be shipped to you before the proper reception and inspection of your items to be exchanged.
  • Any item received non-compliant will be refused.
  • Only France is eligible for an exchange, customers abroad can only request a refund.
  • In case of a refund request: After receipt and inspection of the return, you will be automatically refunded within 4 working days.

       

      How to Submit a Return Request 

      1. I log into my customer account by clicking on this link

      2. I enter my email, the one I used to place the order

      3. I receive a 6-digit code in my email inbox

      4. I enter the code on the site plouf.fr to log in, I click on Submit

      5. I click on the order for which I want to request a return

      6. Once the order is open, I click on Request a return

      7. I select the items concerned by checking them

      8. I choose a return reason from the dropdown list

      9. In Remark, I specify: “exchange” if it is an exchange or “refund ” if it is a refund. I also specify any problems or defects that are the reason for my request, so that the team Plouf can provide me with suitable solutions.

      10. I click on Request a return

      The return request is sent! We will get back to you as soon as possible! Once your request is accepted, we will send you all the necessary information for returning the package.
