An international course

Coming from the Higher Management Institute (ISG) in Paris, Sandy Niddam traveled to the 4 corners of the world during her management and marketing studies. Holding a Bachelor in Business Management from ICU University in Tokyo, she was also trained at St John University in New York to get a second Bachelor in Business Management.

Arriving at 39, after a breathtaking career between marketing and management in large international groups, she decides to launch a new challenge. So married and mother of two young children, she made the radical decision to leave her job. Animated by this sentence engraved in his mind: "Choose a job you like and you won't have to work for a single day of your life".

Sandy takes up the brand's project Plouf, initiated by his father and returns to the same time with his very first predilection sector: marketing strategy. To do this, she decides to update her knowledge, especially in digital marketing, and resume her studies in 2019.

A crisis context

It was without counting on the COVID crisis! Sandy Niddam, while being confined and taking care of her 2 children, obtains a master 1 in digital communication 360, and a master 2 in e-commerce specialization at Supdeweb, school of the Media School group. Because for her: “The challenges make life interesting; overcoming them gives it meaning "

It was since that day that Sandy Niddam officially has revived the Plouf brand with the total overhaul of its website. She uses her skills freshly acquired in digital marketing, combined with her solid experience in management. She works tirelessly to allow the family brand to be reborn from its ashes.

Her master 2 in her pocket, she is presented to Cédric Messina, founder and CEO of My Coach, who accompanies her in her development as an entrepreneur, and takes on a mentor role for her. In 2021, when it developed exponentially, the Plouf brand became a member of Nice Start Up. It’s an association in the momentum French Tech Côte d'Azur Bringing together selected Nice Start Up.

Thanks to this formidable springboard, Sandy gets to know the start -up ecosystem, and very quickly integrates the new program " Entrepreneurous women ». With his arrival in French Tech Female, Sandy Niddam and Plouf continue to develop faster than ever, continuing their quest for security and innovations.

A noted challenge

The Plouf brand then benefits from a new vision. All incredible and unique innovations in the world of Plouf are now gathered under one and the same banner. A unifying Umbrella Umbred: “Innovation at the service of safety, fun and comfort in water.”

In 2022, Plouf's flagship innovation, the floating children's swimsuit, made it possible to make Plouf the Official supplier of the French Swimming Federation. This child floating swimsuit is also recognized as a assistance system for the prevention of drownings by learning to swim, as defined by standard 13 138-1. Status that enabled him to enter the Ministry of Sports Program.

Entering the federal world was an honor and a significant recognition in the history of Sandy Niddam and Plouf. It is also in the brand's DNA to be a pioneer since it was Plouf, who, in 2001, had accompanied and supported the implementation of the European standard help with buoyancy for learning swimming.
