3 Contractual documents
The present contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in decreasing hierarchical order: the present general conditions; the purchase order. 4 Entry into force - duration
The present general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. The present general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the extinction of the guarantees due by the company GREYSTONE SAS.

5 Electronic signature
The consumer declares to accept the order as well as the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale fully and without reserve when he ticks the box reserved for this purpose, during the ordering process. This constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

6 Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or, failing that, by post to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.

7 Proof of transaction
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of GREYSTONE SAS under reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

8 Order processing

Information to be provided when ordering
The consumer checks the completeness and conformity of the information he provides when ordering, including the delivery address. GREYSTONE SAS cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences thereof (e.g. delays or delivery errors). The costs incurred for the reshipment of the order shall be borne by the consumer. - 8.2
GREYSTONE SAS reserves up to 72 hours for the preparation and processing of orders. Once processed, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. The consumer may then apply his right of withdrawal (Article 17).

A part of our site functions according to a system of pre-order system. The pre-order concerns products that will be available soon, especially the new collections. By placing a pre-order the customer recognizes that his order can be shipped from the date of availability indicated on the product sheet. Delivery times may be longer.
In case of items deliverable at different dates (Products available on stock + products on pre-order) taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time.

10 Price
The prices are indicated in Euros and are valid only at the date of the sending of the order form by the consumer. They do not take into account the preparation and delivery costs, invoiced in supplement, and indicated before the validation of the order.
The prices take into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order and any change of the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected on the price of the products of the online store.
The duration of validity of our offers and prices is 5 working days.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order. At no time, the paid sums could be regarded as deposits or installments. -
11 Method of payment

12 Product availability
The order will be carried out at the latest within 30 days as from the day following that where the consumer placed his order.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular because of our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of cancelling his order.
The consumer will then have the choice to ask either for the refunding of the sums paid in the 30 days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the product. -
13 Terms of delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
The consumer must check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to the company GREYSTONE SAS - (see details in article 14). - 13.2
When placing an order, the consumer chooses and pays a carrier to take charge of delivery. GREYSTONE SAS does not provide shipping services. Shipping options that may be available are described in the article below. Consumers can access the carrier's general terms and conditions to the article below. It is the consumer's responsibility to consult and accept the terms and conditions of the shipping service provider he/she chooses. The consumer chooses a shipping service during the payment process and will pay for it.

GREYSTONE SAS works with Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express, DPD, Parcel relay, Chrono2shop and Delivengoto keep transport costs to a minimum.
These services offer you the possibility of collecting your order at a relay point of your choice, at home, or at a post office close to the delivery address in case of absence. If you are absent on the day of delivery, your letter carrier will leave a review in your letterbox, allowing you to collect your parcel from your post office during opening hours, within 15 days. A notification from the carrier will allow you to check the progress of your delivery online on their dedicated website. For items delivered to relay points, the retailer will hold your parcel for you for a minimum of 6 calendar days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to sender. You will not be reimbursed for delivery costs incurred by the carrier in question. - 13.4
In case of a parcel returned to our company for different reasons (e.g. unclaimed parcel, NPAI - does not live at the indicated address - incomplete address, refused parcel etc.) the goods will only be reshipped at the customer's expense. The refund of the value of the goods will be made after the written request of the customer.

In the event of a dispute concerning the non-receipt of a parcel, only the carrier's information will serve as proof of delivery and will be retained in the event of a dispute.

Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express, DPD, Relais colis, Chrono2shop and Delivengo are very reliable services. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date we indicated in the dispatch e-mail, we ask you to inform us of this delay by calling us or sending us an e-mail: [email protected]. We will then contact the department to start an investigation. An investigation can take up to 21 days from the start date. If the product is found within this period, it will be returned to you immediately (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found within the 21-day investigation period, the shipping department considers the parcel lost. Only then will we refund your order within 14 days, excl. shipping.
GREYSTONE SAS declines all responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products or strikes. - 13.7
In the event of items being delivered on different dates due to availability, the delivery period is based on the longer period. GREYSTONE SAS reserves the right to split deliveries. Shipping and handling charges will only be invoiced for a single shipment. 14 Delivery problems due to the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the customer's signature on the day of delivery. At the same time, the consumer must confirm this anomaly by sending a letter to the carrier within three (3) working days of the delivery date, setting out the aforementioned complaints. 15 Delivery errors

Due to GREYSTONE SAS - The consumer will have to formulate with the company GREYSTONE SAS on the day of delivery or, at the latest, on the first working day following deliveryany claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality in relation to the information on the order form. 16 Product Warranty, Liability

17 Right of withdrawal

Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and undamaged, and in perfect condition for resale, will be taken back. Containing all labels: sewn on the inside as well as all packaging labels. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs.. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid (with the exception of transport costs), or an exchange of the product. 18 Force majeure
Neither party shall have failed to perform its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by an act of God or force majeure. In addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, the following are expressly considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events:
the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning;
the stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the customers -
19 Partial non-validation
If one or more stipulations of the present general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a definitive decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.

20 No waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these terms and conditions shall not be construed for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

21 Title
In the event of any difficulty of interpretation between any of the titles appearing at the head of the clauses, and any of the clauses, the titles shall be declared non-existent.
